When member’s log on to your custom SensationalUSA! website, they can:
- Modify their profile
(change password, phone number, address, etc.)
- Check point balance
- Purchase gift certificates
- Check out menus & specials
- Communicate with restaurant
- Renew membership
Restaurant’s Corporate Office
When corporate staff members log in, they can:
- See SensationalUSA! member activity at all restaurants
- Generate dozens of reports
- Send email to members
- Add new members
- See all member profiles
- Control access at restaurant(s)
The Restaurant
POS System/Credit Card Reader
Using the POS system or credit card reader at the restaurant, servers swipe your member’s card or
enter the member’s number manually. Points are updated automatically.
When restaurant management or staff log in, they can:
- See Member Profile
- Generate individual restaurant reports
SensationalUSA! Information Bureau
Member information is collected over the Internet or through the credit card terminal server and
stored in the secure SensationalUSA! Loyalty Database.
